Overview
El Sayegh is an experienced lawyer with a strong background in Corporate Law, Banking and Finance Law, Commercial Law, and International Arbitration. He is admitted to the roll of Solicitors of England and Wales and the Beirut Bar and is currently completing his qualifications for the Paris Bar.

With a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate and Commercial Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), El has worked extensively in legal structuring, financial transactions, and corporate governance. His expertise includes advising on high-value financial restructurings, syndicated loans, and unitranche financing.
